PWB Product Guide
In addition to Kyosha’s specialty of single-sided PWBs, we also provide double-sided as well as multi-layered PWBs and other high-quality products in accordance with the demands of our customers.
Single-sided PWBs
A cost-effective PWB that has conductor patterns formed on a single, insulated side. Single-sided PWBs are Kyosha’s core product, and with our large-scale production bases both inside and outside of Japan, we boast the world’s leading production output for these products. Single-sided PWBs have a record of application in products such as automotive electronic components, consumer electronics, office automation devices, and lighting devices.
Double-sided and Multi-layered PWBs
PWBs that have been constructed with conductor patterns on the top and bottom of the board or across a number of layers. We also carry non-through-hole PWBs in addition to through-hole types of double-sided PWBs.
These PWBs are used in
products such as consumer electronics, automotive electronic components, amusement devices, lighting devices, and many other types of electronic devices.
Double-sided (Copper/Silver) Paste Through-hole PWBs
PWBs that create connections with circuit conductors on the top and bottom of the boards through conductive paste (copper or silver paste).
These PWBs are best suited for situations where double-sided, plated through-hole PWBs are too
costly, and where integration is difficult using single-sided PWBs.
These PWBs are used in products such as automotive electronic components, consumer electronics, and office automation devices.
Long PWBs
A long PWB with a product size of 1,200 mm in length. We have an integrated production process that includes a line dedicated to these PWBs, allowing us to provide stable quality, cost, and delivery. These PWBs are used in products such as lighting devices and backlighting for TVs.
Aluminum Paste PWBs
A PWB with excellent heat dissipation that has an insulating layer placed on top of an aluminum substrate and conductor patterns on top of that. With our production bases both inside and outside of Japan, we can offer a wide range of support,
from small lot prototypes to large lot mass-produced products.
These PWBs are used in products such as automotive electronic components, industrial electronic devices, and lighting devices.
