1951-1967

Establishment, and Switching PWBs (Electronic Components)

May 1951

Began manufacturing and sales of silk screens in Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto.

Feb 1959

Established Kyoto Shashingata Co., Ltd. in Fushimi-ku, Kyoto, a company that manufactures and sells silk screens.

Dec 1967

Moved the Head Office and the Kyoto Plant to 300 Morimurahigashi Kumiyama-cho Kuse-gun, Kyoto.
Started manufacturing and development of printed wiring boards.

1968-1992

Enhancement of Domestic Manufacturing Bases, Change of Company Name

Nov 1972

Established the first Kyushu factory in Ikurakitakata,Tamana-city, Kumamoto.

Jan 1974

Established the second Kyushu Plant dedicated to manufacturing printed wiring boards in Kokusha-ku Tamana, Tamana-city, Kumamoto.

Nov 1982

Changed the name of the company to KYOSHA Co,. Ltd.

1993-2007

Global Expansion, and Listing on the Standard Market

Expanded globally ahead of other companies in the same industry as assembly manufacturers proceed to begin operations overseas

Dec 1993

Established a joint corporation, KYOSHA IDT (Holdings) Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong.

Jun 1994

Established Guangzhou Panyu KYOSHA IDT Circuit Technology Co., Ltd. in China.

Jul 1994

Established a joint corporation, P.T.Lippo KYOSHA Indonesia in Lippo Cikarang, Bekasi, Indonesia.

Aug 1994

Established the East Japan Sales Office.

Jan 1997

KYOSHA IDT (Holdings) Co., Ltd. established the Shanghai Office in China.

Dec 1997

Established a subsidiary company, KYOSHA America Corporation in San Diego, California, USA.

Feb 1998

Established a printed wiring board manufacturing plant in Mexico. (Liquidated in 2005)

Nov 1999

Initial public offering at Japan Securities Dealers Association.

Apr 2004

Established the “PT. Kyosha Indonesia” Malaysia Office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia (becomes a sales subsidiary currently known as “KS Circuit Technology Sdn. Bhd.” in March 2014)

Apr 2005

Established Chubu Sales Office in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture (currently known as the Central Japan Sales Office)

Aug 2007

Established a subsidiary of KYOSHA Hong Kong Co., Ltd. KYOSHA North America, Inc. in San Diego, California, USA.

2008-2010

Expansion of Business to PWB-related Mounting and Jigs for Mounting Electrical Components

May 2008

Merged and acquired Sanwa Electron Co., Ltd. which becomes a subsidiary company as an electronic component mounting business unit.

Feb 2010

Established a subsidiary, KYOSHA-PLM Co., Ltd. in Sakado-city, Saitama.
(Apr 2013 Established Kanto TEC (Tool Engineering Center) in Sakado-city, Saitama.)

2010-

Enhancement of Domestic Manufacturing Base and Overseas Sales Base

Mar 2010

Established a printed wiring board manufacturing plant in Niigata-city.

Dec 2010

Established Kyosha (Thailand)Co.,Ltd. in Bangkok, Thailand.

Aug 2014

Established the “Guangzhou Kyosha Trading Company” a sales subsidiary in Guangzhou, Guang Dong Province, China

Oct 2014

Established Kanto TEC (Tool Engineering Center) Yokohama Office for jigs for mounting electrical components through business acquisition in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture

Sep 2015

Established representative office for “Kyosha Hong Kong Co., Ltd.” in Incheon, Korea (becomes a sales subsidiary currently known as “Kyosha Korea Co., Ltd.” in June 2016,liquidated in 2022)

May 2016

Established KS Circuit México S.A. de C.V. in Tijuana, Baja California, México.

Sep 2017

Established the “KS Circuit Mexico S.A de C.V.” Guanajuato Office, a sales subsidiary in Silao, Guanajuato State, Mexico

Feb 2018

Established Kyosha North America , Inc. Detroit Branch in Detroit, Michigan, USA.
