Hand Soldering Jig
Secures printed boards as well as insertion components, and masks areas where hand soldering will not be performed.
When hand soldering insertion components, it is possible to invert the printed board, greatly improving work efficiency.
Lead Forming Jig
A lead bending jig for radial components, which hadn’t existed until now.
It can bend leads in any position and make leads into crank shapes in 2 steps.
Turning it into a jig achieves lead bending with stabilized quality.
Coating Application Jig
A jig that is used when applying moisture-proof coating material on printed boards.
Compared to using conventional masking tape, it can improve work efficiency and greatly reduce human error. Also, a fluoride coating has been applied
to the surface of the jig, making it possible to clean the jig with ease.
Dip Tester Jig
By using this jig, it is possible to transport a dip tester under the same conditions as when actual production is performed. It is also possible to adjust the loading position of the dip tester as desired, making it possible to control the temperature in greater detail.
