The “MagiCarrier®” is a carrier jig for printed boards and micro-components.
The adherend is secured using adhesive resin that has been applied to the base material. This carrier jig has a wide-ranging record of use in printed board reflow
mounting processes, mirco-components transportation, temporary fixing, as well as other processes.

Fully Adjustable Adhesive Strength
We have a lineup of adhesive resins with adhesive strengths that range from weak to ultra-strong, and we offer suggestions on the adhesive strength that would best match the adherend being used.
Support for a Wide Range of Base Materials
We are able to support a wide range of base materials, including heat-resistant glass epoxy, aluminum, stainless steel, and heat-resistant glass.

Excellent Heat Resistance
Can be used even under high-temperature environments (instantaneous peak temperature of approx. 260°C).
Allows for Contaminants to be Washed from the Adhesive Surface
If contaminants have adhered to the adhesive resin surface, they can be washed off with water, methanol or ethanol.
Emphasizes Easy Peelability After Heating
The adhesive strength does not change before or after heating, reducing damage to the adherend as a result.
