Temperature Cycle Test

This test evaluates the effect of temperature cycling and heating on the reliability of connections of PWB through-holes and other parts over a long period of time.

External/cross-sectional observation and component analysis

A grinding machine is used to perform cross-sectioning and external observation and measurement is conducted.
