Temperature Cycle Test

This test evaluates the effect of temperature cycling and heating on the reliability of connections of PWB through-holes and other parts over a long period of time.

A PWB deterioration acceleration test is performed in a humidified and heated environment to evaluate insulation reliability.

External/cross-sectional observation and component analysis

A grinding machine is used to perform cross-sectioning and external observation and measurement is conducted.
Also, high-magnification observation is conducted with a SEM, and a qualitative and quantitative analysis is performed using an EDS and FT-IR.
