MagiDipper is a carrier jig which enables the flow soldering machine to solder only the necessary part of wiring board. It is most suitably used in flow soldering a wiring board that contains both chip components and discrete components. It is effective for protecting chip components, preventing pelage, preventing soldering bridge during flow soldering process.
Characteristics
| ● |
It can be used multiple times. (flow soldering - about 10,000 times) |
| ● |
The opening area for flow soldering can be custom designed. |
| ● |
Taper finishing and dam finishing are available for optimum flow soldering. |
| ● |
Special clasps are available to support components that may bend during flow soldering. |
Uses
| ● |
Carrier jig for flow soldering a wiring board that contains both chip components and discrete components. |
| ● |
Carrier jig for partially flow soldering a wiring board which requires postinstallation components. |
| ● |
Jig to prevent warpage during flow soldering. |
