MagiDipper is a carrier jig which enables the flow soldering machine to solder only the necessary part of wiring board. It is most suitably used in flow soldering a wiring board that contains both chip components and discrete components. It is effective for protecting chip components, preventing pelage, preventing soldering bridge during flow soldering process.

Characteristics

It can be used multiple times. (flow soldering - about 10,000 times)
The opening area for flow soldering can be custom designed.
Taper finishing and dam finishing are available for optimum flow soldering.
Special clasps are available to support components that may bend during flow soldering.

Uses

Carrier jig for flow soldering a wiring board that contains both chip components and discrete components.
Carrier jig for partially flow soldering a wiring board which requires postinstallation components.
Jig to prevent warpage during flow soldering.
